Whoa. Did we really live there for two WEEKS?! It feels so far away, even though I'm still right here in the same country. We talked to Faana on the phone a few days ago... well, OK, Doug did most of the talking, but she and I did Wolof greetings, and damn, she even speaks perfectly clear Wolof over the phone! The Peace Corps should hire her as a language trainer. ;) She asked about you, of course, and we told her you made it safely home.
